The Principal Consecration Officer wears blue robe, black mandarin jacket,and black shoes. He is the head of the local municipal government (the city mayor or equivalent).
The responsibility of The Principal Consecration Officer is establishing chueh, and saluting at a position in front of Confucius’s spirit-tablet in the Da Cheng Hall.
The Collateral Presentation Officer

The Collateral Presentation Officer wear blue robe, black mandarin jacket, and black shoes that is the same as The Principal Consecration Officer. Most Collateral Presentation Officers hold the position of responsibility in the local government or the education system and Elected representatives.
There are eight officers in Taipei Confucius Temple. They responsible for making sacrificial presentations to Confucius’s disciples, comprising the Philosophers of the east and west, the Assistants of the east and west, the Ancient Sages of the eastern and western side building, and the Scholar of the eastern and western side building.

The Assistant Sacrifice Officers wear blue robe, black mandarin jacket, and black shoes that is the same as The Principal Consecration Officer and The Collateral Presentation Officers. Most Assistant Sacrifice Officers hold the position of responsibility in the local government or the education system.

The Ceremonial Supervisor
The Ceremonial Supervisor
The Ceremonial Supervisor wears blue robe, black mandarin jacket, and black shoes that is the same as The Principal Consecration Officer.
Ceremonial Supervisor holds the position of Chief of Civil Affairs (or its equivalent) in the local government generally. He is responsible for rectifying any mistake which may occur as the ceremony proceeds.

Musicians
Musicians are responsible for performing The Ceremonial Music in Shadian Ceremony.
All Musicians hold the position of students of Taipei Municipal Cheng Yuan High School from 1989.
Deacons
Deacons
All attendants of the other parts in Shadain Ceremony calling Deacons. Deacons hold the position of local public figures training by Dalongdong Baoan Temple.
There are 73 Deacons in total in Taipei Confucius Temple.
Dancer
Dancer
Dancers are responsible for performing The Yi Dance in Shadian Ceremony.
Dancers hole the position of students of Taipei Municipal Dalong Elementary School.

The Sacrificing Officer is Confucius’ 79th lineal descendant, Mr. Kung Tsui-chang.
