Wen Chang Shrine

Location:Sec. 2, Dihua St., Sec. 1, Yanping N. Rd.,

Scholar Mr. Wei Ying Chen set up private “Shui Ren School” in 1853 AD. However, local people find it not suitable to have school attached to temple. Thus, they found another place, where it is, to set up “Wen Chang Ci Shui Ren School”
