Confucius Moderately Learned Something from Xiang Tuo
Once Confucius went outing with his disciples in carriage. On the way they met Xiang Tuo, an extremely bright boy aged 7. Xiang built a tile castle which stood in the way and would not make way for the carriage to pass, defending that, since ancient times, it was only likely for a carriage to detour to avoid a castle, not a castle to move to avoid a carriage. The Great Poet Li Bai Feels Tipsy
The Great Poet Li Bai Feels Tipsy
This work depicts a drunken Li Bai, clad in his official robe, helped by his pageboy, walking home after a dinner party with tipsy steps in the moonlight. That indeed gives the boy a hard time. Look! He is holding high the lamp with one hand to light the way and holding tight his nose with another hand to avoid the bad smell coming from Li Bai.
